Meet the founder
Guidance shaped by practice, not shortcuts.
Puja Ghosh D is a professional singer, music educator and independent artist. Rooted in Indian classical music and experienced across Bollywood and modern styles, she brings both discipline and warmth into each learning path.
An IIT alumnus and disciple of renowned maestros, Puja has trained more than 500 students through offline institutes in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai and on various online platforms. Her approach begins with strong fundamentals and grows toward confidence in real performance settings.

Sur Sadhna grew from offline roots as K.I.P.A., where the focus was always a strong musical foundation, personal guidance and the confidence to perform.

Offline roots
Music learning began in physical classrooms in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, shaped by regular practice, personal feedback and a close-knit institute environment.

Students learned, took part in cultural programmes and competitions, and grew comfortable sharing their music in front of others.

During COVID the institute moved fully online. The same structured, encouraging approach now travels with learners wherever they practise.
Sur Sadhna is led by Puja Ghosh, Founder and Lead Instructor, who oversees course design, teaching methodology and student learning standards. Every course follows a clear hierarchy — strong basics first, then step by step toward confident performance.
