Our courses and ebooks are digital products delivered instantly, so purchases are generally non-refundable.

• If you were charged but did not receive access, contact us and we will either grant access or refund you in full.
• If you were charged twice for the same order, the duplicate payment is refunded in full.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
